▪ The introduction of a microscope capable of observing the surface morphology of nanofibers has been introduced in several general articles, but studies have been conducted to observe the state of fibers produced in a variety of ways.
▪ To supplement the limitations, an electron microscope (ThermoFisherScientific model: PhenomXL) suitable for automatic analysis was used, and at the same time, the state of the fibers was observed using a program capable of pore analysis (PoreMatirc) and fiber average thickness analysis (FiberMatric). An efficient analysis method is introduced by presenting a new structural analysis and various observation methods for fibers manufactured through an automated electron microscope analysis method.
▪ It can be seen that the more the polymer is contained in the solution, the thicker the nanofibers made by electrospinning are formed. Accordingly, when the area is the same, the pore size is also formed small to constitute a more dense network of nanofibers.
▪ By measuring the average diameter and pore size of the fiber with the Fiber & Pore matrix, the shape of the fiber state can be quantified. In this way, the compositional state of the fibers can be identified.
